Our Team

Gabe Gillum, Owner

Gabe is the founder of a Texas-based landscape and irrigation company serving commercial and residential developments throughout North Texas. With over 22 years of industry experience, including 20 years in Louisiana and the past two years
in Texas, Gabe brings extensive expertise in landscape construction, irrigation systems, and full-service landscape maintenance.

Gabe built his first landscape company in 2004, successfully growing and operating the business for 20 years before selling it. After relocating to Texas, he launched a new company to continue serving builders and developers with high-quality, self-
performed landscape and irrigation installations.

He built his companies on a foundation of reliability, quality workmanship, and long-term partnerships, delivering efficient and professional results that meet the demands of modern construction projects.

Outside of work, Gabe is happily married and has shared 17 years of marriage with his wife, reflecting the same commitment and dedication he brings to both his personal and professional relationships.

Malcolm Paul, Operations Manager

Malcolm brings over 15 years of experience in the landscaping and site development industry, with a professional background spanning estimating, operations, and project management. He holds a degree in horticulture with a design emphasis, which fuels his passion for being actively involved in project layout and participating in design-build opportunities whenever they arise.

Malcolm has successfully led a wide range of landscape and infrastructure installations across multi-family communities, commercial developments, hotels, entertainment venues, and municipal improvement projects. Known for his focus on lean operations, strategic growth, and high-performance project delivery, he is committed to driving efficiency while maintaining quality and strong client relationships.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Malcolm is a devoted husband and father to three daughters, ages 8, 6, and 3, and enjoys outdoor pursuits such as camping, hiking, canoeing, and fishing, reflecting both his appreciation for nature and his hands-on approach to life and leadership.

Cody Brown, General Superintendent

is a Superintendent with over a decade of experience in the lawn and landscape industry. He oversees all aspects of landscape projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and attention to detail from start to finish. Cody holds a degree in Golf Course & Landscape Management from Texas State Technical College in Waco, Texas.

Outside of work, Cody is an avid hunter and baseball enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found at a baseball field, either watching games or coaching his two sons’ Little League teams.
